How the Proposed New CVM Rule Will Impact Markets and Brazilian Funds
Under the recent Brazilian Federal Rule Lei de Liberdade Econômica, the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) will dramatically revise its main Investment Funds Rule (Instrução 555/14).

The proposed new Rule has a two-fold purpose: to allow the growth of foreign investments in Brazilian funds, and to bring the Rule closer, in some relevant aspects, to regulations in developed international markets. This will likely yield greater access for foreign investors to invest in local funds.

Learn the legal, economic and market impacts, for both local and foreign investors, regarding the new Brazilian CVM Rule on Investment Funds. Consider the diverse perspectives of participants from the sell-side, buy-side and self-regulatory body who will share their views.

Please email your questions to brazil@100women.org by August 4th, or you may submit them during the Webinar.
