Director of Sales North America Offshore, Janus Henderson Investors

Paul Brito is the Director of Sales North America Offshore at Janus Henderson Investors. In this role, he is responsible for the sales and support of offshore clients across North America. Paul has 15 years of financial industry experience. Before joining Janus in 2018, Paul spent 9 years with MFS Investment Management. Previously, he held roles with Amundi Pioneer Asset Management and Citigroup Global Markets. Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Stonehill College. He holds the Certified Fund Specialist(CFS), Certified Investment Management Analyst(CIMA), and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst(CAIA) designations.

Natalie Castillo
First Vice President, CBRE

Natalie J. Castillo is a First Vice President with CBRE Hotels in Florida, specializing in investment sales of hotels in Florida and throughout the southeastern U.S. Natalie has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality real estate and hotel asset management industry. Natalie's broad background includes experience in hotel operations, development, and advisory. She understands her clients' needs and complexities of all lodging property types, including limited-service, select-service, condo-hotel, boutique, and hotel development sites. Past clients include local and regional owners/developers, as well as, groups such as The Blackstone Group, Linchris Hotels, and Highgate. Natalie is fluent in Spanish. Natalie studied Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management at Cornell University. She serves as Committee Chair of Signature Events with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Greg Kuhl, CFA
Portfolio Manager, Janus Henderson Investors

Greg Kuhl is a Portfolio Manager, Global Property Equities at Janus Henderson Investors and is responsible for co-managing the Global Real Estate strategy. Greg has 14 years of financial industry experience. Prior to joining Henderson in 2015, Greg was vice president, global REITs at Brookfield Investment Management, where he was a senior analyst for global long-only and global long/short strategies focused on property equities across North America, Europe and Asia. Before this, he was an analyst on the public real estate securities team at Heitman providing recommendations on property equities in North America. He began his career at Accenture as a financial services/capital markets analyst. Greg received a BBA degree in finance with a concentration in psychology from the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
