WEBINAR

Results of MidCareer Global Survey

Learn how more than 500 female professionals, with between 10 and 20 years of industry experience, view the financial services industry and the success and prospects of their own advancement, and that of other women, in the sector. Highlights of a recent survey will be reviewed, along with a discussion of how individuals, firms and 100 Women in Finance can work towards improving the female representation at the most senior levels of financial services organisations.

This interactive discussion with Carolanne Minashi, Global Head of Inclusion at HSBC and the recipient of the 100 Women in Finance 2023 EMEA Industry Leadership Award, will be led by MidCareer London Committee members Yulia Galasyuk and Elena Koycheva. The session will focus on key themes that will inform the discussion. The findings will enable individuals and firms to engage with stakeholders across the industry to identify areas and initiatives that support and empower women to reach higher levels of seniority.

This survey is an important tool that can be referenced by women, human resource professionals and organisations alike, enabling collective progress in support of achieving 100 Women in Finance 30/40 Vision.

You are welcome to submit your questions to the MidCareer London committee in advance and submit them during the webinar.
