Fiona Dunsire
Region Leader, Investment & Retirement, Mercer

Fiona is responsible for developing the strategy to deliver investment, retirement and savings solutions across the 22 countries from which we serve institutional and individual clients across Asia, the Middle East & Africa (AMEA) and Latin America, together with strategic partnership and acquisition activity in these regions and Europe. She is a member of the leadership teams for Mercer’s AMEA region and the Investment & Retirement business globally. Fiona has over 30 years' consulting experience across pensions, investments and business leadership, including Mercer’s UK CEO from 2012-2019 and prior to that leading Mercer’s Investment business in the UK for over five years. During that time, the business developed its market leading Investment Solutions and Mercer Workplace Savings and Master Trust businesses. She has represented Mercer to regulators and government agencies and has worked on multiple complex client and business projects, including Mercer’s current partnership with the World Economic Forum on Transformational Investment. She is a member of the World Economic Forum Future Council for Investing and Marsh McLennan’s Climate Resilience group. Fiona is an active advocate for diversity, mentors future leaders and has sponsored Women@Mercer across 13 chapters within the EuroPac region. Fiona has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Strathclyde University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Alison Loat
Managing Director, Sustainable Investing & Innovation, OPTrust

Alison is the Managing Director, Sustainable Investing and Innovation at OPTrust, a Canadian public pension plan. She leads OPTrust's responsible investment program, its total fund climate change strategy, and a new portfolio investing at the intersection of sustainability and innovation with a focus on climate change. Previously, Alison was the Senior Managing Director of FCLTGlobal where she worked with asset owners, managers and companies to advance long-term investing. She’s also worked at McKinsey & Company, a healthcare technology company and was on the founding team of the MaRS Discovery District. Alison has a deep commitment to public service. She co-founded the Samara Centre for Democracy and was a Senior Fellow and instructor at the University of Toronto and the president of the Canadian Club of Toronto. Alison is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, an Advisory Board member at the Max Bell School at McGill University and a governor of Ridley College. She is also a board director of Ai-Media, an ASX-listed technology company that makes educational, workplace, conference and media content accessible, and privately held media company. She received the Queen’s Gold and Diamond Jubilee Medals and was named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada. She has degrees from Queen’s University and the Harvard Kennedy School.

Marion Maloney
Policy, Governance & Risk Manager, Environment Agency Pension Fund

Marion has spent most of her career working on public policy at regional, national and European level. Before joining the Environment Agency Pension Fund team, Marion was a senior adviser on climate change to the Environment Agency and a trustee of the Environment Agency Pension Fund.
