March 26, 2020. As I remember, a historic interval…

In retrospect, a promising time to start bringing a dream to life, Practice Growth Insights. In 2008, a treasured mentor inspired me to connect with industry leaders and contribute to Elevating the Profession to which his stellar career was devoted. Driven by his steadfast encouragement, those three words represent a North Star which guides me daily. Precious mentors can shape pathways when open minds hear their message and take it to heart. I did and (still…) do.

Our collective Practice Growth Insights narrative empowers dedicated readers who consistently discover practical applications of targeted growth strategies, many originated by forward-thinking colleagues. This detailed documentation is for you, on purpose.

Closest colleagues realize my fondness for this motivational quote:
As previously highlighted, People like us practice The Golden Rule.

I’m often asked about HDI’s branding. Here’s the backstory as, like The Golden Rule, optimum sharing is a 2-way street.
Why the name?

As a double entendre, High Definition Impressions refers to eye-catching designs co-created in various (print and digital) formats and their potential influence on recipients or viewers.

Why that shape?

Although not a history buff, Egyptian pyramids were fascinating and I learned more about these amazing artifacts spanning millennia. I loved the pyramid shape’s simplicity and implied longevity. As Jim Collin’s brilliant 1994 book outlined, I aspired to HDI being Built to Last with a durable foundation seeking to serve, strategically and tactically so.

Why those colors?

Given our healthcare focus, green and blue fit well, with pinnacle representing the timeless Gold Standard we aim for in many respects, such as:

  • Strategic growth concepts
  • Research-based educational content
  • High-quality and omni-channel deliverables
  • Service excellence
  • Genuine loyalty

Why three pyramid levels? From a historical perspective, perhaps derived from the Ancient Roman Rule of Three.

For visual explanations, our branding image has versatile Rule of Three applications such as:
After years of development with industry leaders, we (with humility…) share an influential collection of proprietary designs, precluding busy practices’ pressing needs to reinvent the wheel. With some readily seen, more is revealed as your purposeful programs are co-created. With genuine loyalty, this distinction bolsters YOUR competitive advantages!

What’s our core promise? @ Your Service. Simply stated and true that.
In celebration of our 100th Practice Growth Insights issue, this pyramid adaptation is intentional.

At Baseline, we Make items with and for you. Practice brochures, educational handouts, point-of-care displays, targeted postcards, canvas artwork or E-Newsletters, to name a few formats. You select designs, we customize and deliver practice-branded versions. When received, you begin integrating, as we furnish useful ideas on optimal utilization.

In the Middle, Collaborate steps up. We plan carefully, communicate methodically and discuss proven ways you should maximize return on investment from customized content. Over the years, we recognize most folks do not expect this degree of hands on helpful support. To their positive surprise, collaborators delight in finding needles in a haystack.

At the Pinnacle, a trending destination is Partner, dedicated to setting the Gold Standard. So many times, collaborators express, “really, you actually want to help?” The answer is staunchly yes, as that is our Why. From high-impact branding, intuitive strategic planning and empowering documentation, to engaging team meetings and enthusiastic consultation, Your Practice Growth and Esprit De Corps is Our Focus!

While we appreciate opportunities to Make items and enjoy Collaborating, we love to Partner! To articulate commitment to essential points, We Promise:
May we Partner?

See you next week, with a surprise in store.
