Happy Spring! Our NEW Spring/Summer 2024 FUN 101 list has been posted online. FUN 101 is a list of 101 Things to See & Do for $10 & Under (Many are FREE!). It’s part events calendar and part seasonal activity guide. The list is for all ages and it’s divided into categories to make it easier to digest!

FUN 101: LIFE BY THE LAKE

This FUN 101 category includes these free items: Watching a beautiful sunrise over Lake Michigan needs to be at the top of your itinerary while visiting Kenosha! Hunt for sea glass / beach glass along the lake. Take a pic of one of Kenosha’s most recognized landmarks: the North Pier Lighthouse. FUN 101: NATURE BREAK

Free items in this FUN 101 category include: There are more than 150 miles of dedicated bike lanes and signed routes to experience. Enjoy nature study, birding, photography, and hiking at Chiwaukee Prairie State Natural Area. Go “over the river and through the woods” at Petrifying Springs Park – a hiking and biking destination. On April 8, the Heide Observatory at Hawthorn Hollow Nature Sanctuary and Arboretum is hosting a Partial Solar Eclipse event. Boundless Adventures re-opens on April 13. Crawl, swing, climb, balance, and zip-line through the forest! Single game tickets for Kenosha Kingfish baseball games go on sale April 15. Opening day for Wilmot Flea Market is April 21. The Wisconsin Marathon is May 4.
