Council Unanimously Voted to Recommend 2023 Operating Budget to the Congregation.

Your Council has been working with the Finance and Personnel Committees to draft a proposed plan for spending this year.

The Operating Budget:

  • Is based on the actuals from 2023
  • Represents about a 3% increase over last year
  • Includes a provision for cost of living adjustment for staffers
  • Accounts for expected increases in utility costs and supplies
  • Maintains our commitment to the NW Washington Synod

Our thanks to Treasurer Andrea Kovalesky and her coach former treasurer Krista McClimans. Kyle Turner chairs the Finance Committee and we celebrate all those on the team.
