Thanksgiving is quickly approaching! Every year in November, PIE gifts our teachers and staff with a personal note & gift card. In addition, we provide a festive treat through Nothing Bundt Cakes.

To donate to the purchase of the gift cards and bundtinis, please sign up here. If you do not have Venmo, please contact Jennifer Winebrenner 972-523-7557 for other ways to contribute. Given the size of our staff we ask for help from each of you to make this possible. We couldn't do this without you, so THANK YOU!!

All contributions need to be sent by Monday, November 6th

Administrative News

"I have so many positive thoughts to end with this week... A week that's heard Ms. Lankford's Amy Winehouse voice with a really awesome supporting cast of musicians, seen Coach Koll's women's volleyball team put up a gritty performance in a hostile gym, and best of all seen so much really top-tier instruction. Alone, or with guests, it is really inspiring to see the magic in our AMHS classrooms.

But wait, there's more... Ms. Collins was a finalist in the Best Speculative Poetry category for the 2023 Ignyte Awards which "seek to celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of the current and future landscape of science fiction, fantasy, and horror by recognizing incredible feats in storytelling and outstanding efforts to inclusivity within the genre." Congratulations Ms. Collins!"

-Mr. Perlmutter, 10/27/23
