"I have so many positive thoughts to end with this week... A week that's heard Ms. Lankford's Amy Winehouse voice with a really awesome supporting cast of musicians, seen Coach Koll's women's volleyball team put up a gritty performance in a hostile gym, and best of all seen so much really top-tier instruction. Alone, or with guests, it is really inspiring to see the magic in our AMHS classrooms.
But wait, there's more... Ms. Collins was a finalist in the Best Speculative Poetry category for the 2023 Ignyte Awards which "seek to celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of the current and future landscape of science fiction, fantasy, and horror by recognizing incredible feats in storytelling and outstanding efforts to inclusivity within the genre." Congratulations Ms. Collins!"
-Mr. Perlmutter, 10/27/23

2024 AMHS Career Symposium - February 16
We are in the process of collecting names and contacts for our speakers. We will need approximately 40 professionals with a wide variety of professions. Please send any speaker recommendations and contacts to me as I am currently collecting our list. I always rely on the AMHS parent population as our parents are so talented and are dependable as speakers due to their attachment to the school and students.
Please send me any suggestions with name and email contact to: griffintarah@gmail.com
