Justice Vanguard
On Monday, November 11, students and faculty gathered in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) for an inspiring, whole-school assembly partnered with Justice Vanguard, a grassroots educational organization focused on advancing justice, equity, and belonging in schools. Part of Justice Vanguard’s "Building Educated Leaders" program, this assembly engaged our entire school community through impactful presentations and collaborative discussions.
Students explored essential topics like racism, implicit bias, representation, and social justice in both large presentations and smaller breakout sessions. These conversations not only fostered understanding but empowered students to reflect on their role in creating a more just and inclusive society. Events like these are pivotal to Kehillah’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible leaders prepared to make meaningful contributions beyond our school.
