Have you returned your ballot?

The ASPPPO and CSA Class "A" ballot packages mailed out separately to eligible voting members for each organization on November 1, 2019.

Due to the Post Office closure on Thanksgiving Day and the postmark deadline of December 1st falling on a Sunday, the deadline to request a replacement ballot package has been set at Monday, November 25th at noon.

If you have not received your mailed voting ballot package, please email info@csaseapines.com by Monday, November 25th by noon to request a replacement ballot package.Time is limited.

Please return your ballot, postmarked by December 1, 2019, to Elliott Davis, LLC our 3rd party ballot auditor by mail at:

Note: Please be aware that your ballot must be postmarked for return by December 1st. December 1st falls on a Sunday when post offices are closed, so please plan accordingly.

Maintenance Updates

Lighthouse Road Project

Drainage repairs in Harbour Town are in progress.
Road signage for this project has been installed as traffic delays are expected during this work.
The entire project includes drainage work, curb repairs, realigning crosswalks and road resurfacing.
During this project, traffic will alternate lanes with flag persons, as the drainage work will take place in the roadway.

Flower Rotation Has Begun

Crews have begun the process of removing the old flowers from CSA managed flower beds.
The flowers will be staged just to the east of the CSA Maintenance yard located at 4 Lawton Canal Road.
Once staged, flowers will be available for pick up by Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve basis.

Mulching Along Sea Pines Drive in Process

Open space mulching along Sea Pines Drive is currently in process.
Please drive with caution in this area as the work is completed.

Ryegrass Overseeding In Process Along Primary Roadways

Our contractor will be overseeding ryegrass in select areas along the primary roadways in Sea Pines during the next couple of weeks.
Please drive with caution in these work areas.

Message from Security Regarding Electric Bikes In Sea Pines

Please be aware that electric bikes are NOT permitted in Sea Pines as stated in the Sea Pines Gate Entry Policy: 2.1.13 Recreational Vehicles, Motorcycles, U-Haul Type Vehicles:
To report an electric bike on property, please contact The Sea Pines Security Department dispatch line at 843.671.7170.
