Maintenance Updates

Road Reconstruction Project: Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

The Greenwood Drive Road Reconstruction Project, along Greenwood Drive, from Governors Road to Plantation Drive intersection begins today with the installation of erosion control and tree protection. This mobilization will occur this week and is not anticipated to cause any major disruption in traffic.

Please be advised, no construction will begin until the week of December 2 ^nd .

Lighthouse Road Project

Drainage repairs in Harbour Town are in progress.
Road signage for this project has been installed as traffic delays are expected during this work.
The entire project includes drainage work, curb repairs, realigning crosswalks and road resurfacing.
During this project, traffic will alternate lanes with flag persons, as the drainage work will take place in the roadway.
The project is expected to take 12 weeks, weather permitting.

Have you returned your voting ballot?

Postmark deadline is Dec. 1st

The ASPPPO and CSA Class "A" ballot packages mailed out separately to eligible voting members for each organization on November 1, 2019.

Due to the Post Office closure on Thanksgiving Day and the postmark deadline of December 1st falling on a Sunday, the deadline to request a replacement ballot package is Monday, November 25th at noon.

Please be advised that the CSA Administration office will close at Noon on Nov. 27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday and will re-open on Monday, December 2 at 7:30 AM.

If you have not received your mailed voting ballot package, please email info@csaseapines.com by Monday, November 25th by noon to request a replacement ballot package.Time is limited.

Please return your ballot, postmarked by December 1, 2019, to Elliott Davis, LLC our 3rd party ballot auditor by mail at:

Note: Please be aware that your ballot must be postmarked for return by December 1st. December 1st falls on a Sunday when post offices are closed, so please plan accordingly.

Wreaths Across America Wreath-Laying & Remembrance Ceremony

Saturday, December 14th

Noon at Six Oaks Cemetery

This event is free and open to the public. Remembrance wreaths will be placed at the headstones of veterans to celebrate their life and service to our country. Event attendees are welcome to assist in placing wreaths.
