If you haven’t already, now is the perfect time to review and update your Pelican Sound member profile and your email preferences.

Why is this important?

You may have a new phone number or email address and keeping this information current helps us communicate with everyone effectively.

Also, Pelican Sound residents often search for a neighbor's telephone number or address using the member roster on the website or mobile app.

***NOTE: Each member may elect what information they would like to be visible to others on their member profile. These preferences must be selected on the member website.***

HELP FROM THE XFINITY ASSISTANT
What's the Xfinity Assistant?

The Xfinity Assistant is an always-on virtual assistant that lets you get personalized, guided help.

After logging into your account, you can ask questions and get solutions for repair, billing and account issues. It uses data from your account to offer relevant, helpful information. But, if for some reason your issue isn’t resolved, the Xfinity Assistant connects you with an agent who can chat with you online to help.
SELLING YOUR PROPERTY
If you are SELLING your home, follow these steps before closing:

  • Contact Xfinity at 1-800-934-6489 or 1-866-405-9365 to close your existing account and deactivate the equipment associated with your property.

  • VERY IMPORTANT: Leave the fiber optic modem connected in your home for the next owner, do not return the modem.

  • Return the individual TV boxes to the Xfinity store in Coconut Point or visit a UPS store where they can be shipped for free.
