Calls for Proposals

1. Arts, Culture and Status of Women is issuing a call for proposals to fund projects related to gender-based violence (GBV) prevention. The objective of this call for proposals is to fund eligible organizations’ innovative projects that will enhance awareness, education and action towards primary prevention of GBV, particularly for underserved and equity-deserving groups most at-risk of experiencing GBV. To receive an application package, please contact the Status of Women and Inclusion branch at ACSW.SWSI-ADMO@gov.ab.ca by December 8, 2023.
2. Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) provides wage subsidies not-for-profit organizations and the public sector, as well as private sector organizations with 50 or fewer full-time employees, to create quality summer work experiences for young people aged 15 to 30 years. Applications accepted until January 10, 2024.
