THIS MORNING I GO ON NATIONAL RADIO
TO DEFEND EMC FRONTLINE AND ALL NYC CPCs from the NYC City
Council's smear campaign and attack..

As I previously reported to you two weeks ago, the usual
pro-abortion suspects launched a one sided press conference and
slanderous attack, at NY's City Hall, with speakers from Planned
Parenthood, NARAL, and the City Council President against EMC
FrontLine Pregnancy Centers and all other CPCs based in
NYC.
I countered, with my own comments
and interviews immediately following their press conference, and
answered all the media inquiries hurled at me. I defended all the
crisis centers in NYC, and their valiant efforts to assist and
serve expectant moms, in this Abortion Capital, with 89,000+
abortions per year.
Because WITH GOD'S HELP, EMC has
saved over 38,000 women from abortions over the last 25 years here,
the NY City Council will particularly focus its slanderous
accusations against us. We serve the abortion bound clients they
want to stop us from reaching.
We will be represented by the American Center for Law and Justice
in this battle.
The NYC City Council will debate Bill Into 371 on Tuesday, November
16th at 1pm. This new set of unconstitutional laws could cripple
our work with a new free speech-strangling regulations of our
advertising and outreach with the threats of staggering fines, and
probable shutdowns of our offices aimed at crippling our work of
ministry to abortion minded clients.
I desperately need your help right
now to hit back hard with a strong public relations and legal
strategy.
Please help us fight hard to defend
a mother's right to know the unadorned truth about abortion, to
give her true help and hope, and to operate as in a free country
and not a police state.
Many lives are at stake here in the Abortion Capital with 89,000+

Clinic ads spark controversy,

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's a lot to
take in when dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. There are
options, but some local leaders want to make sure women get all the
options. They say some clinics aren't doing enough to let women
know what choices are out there.
"I'm outraged at the attacks on free
speech rights launched here today," Chris Slattery of EMC Frontline
Pregnancy Centers said.

- The New York City Council introduced a bill Tuesday they said
would protect women seeking help at "crisis pregnancy centers"
across the city.
The sponsor of the bill,
Councilwoman Jessica Lappin, said the measure was aimed at centers
she charged were nothing more than anti-choice centers masquerading
as health clinics, 1010
"These are not licensed medical facilities. Most of the time, they
do not have a licensed medical staff on site - they have staff or
volunteers who have an agenda that they are trying to push," Lappin
said.
The City Council said the bill would
require the limited service pregnancy centers to provide disclosure
if they did not provide abortions, FDA-approved contraception or
referrals for the services...

City Council, Pro-Choice Groups Take Aim
at Anti-Abortion Clinics

CITY HALL - Anti-abortion clinics
across the city are masquerading as full-service reproductive
health centers and providing women with false information, a new
report by a leading pro-choice group claims.
The report, released Tuesday by the
NARAL Pro-Choice New York Foundation at a press conference at City
Hall, has prompted Upper East Side City Councilwoman Jessica Lappin
to introduce legislation at Wednesday's City Council meeting that
would force the centers to disclose more information about the
services they provide.
The NARAL report focuses on "crisis
pregnancy centers," which advertise "free abortion alternatives" in
subways throughout the city. The centers provide women with free
pregnancy tests and other services, but are also staunchly
pro-life, urging their clients not to seek abortions, the report
charges.
The group's investigation into 16 of
the centers, including five in Manhattan, reports widespread use of
what NARAL describe as "disturbing tactics" that the group claims
are "designed to mislead or misinform women seeking pregnancy
related services."
