HS High School

From the Principal’s Desk

We have learned a great deal over the last couple of months and we have tried to
prioritize our students’ learning from the beginning. There are students who have
appreciated the Distance Learning model and who have excelled and improved their
learning. There are also many students who have struggled to maintain their level of learning, responsibility and grades that they were earning before we began Distance Learning. In order to support the latter group, we have decided to use the days originally scheduled for exams as Resubmission/Retake/Remediation days.

MS Middle School

In classrooms, I saw students making “chocolate rocks” in geology, writing letters as World War II soldiers, developing a personal World map and more. It was great to see our 7th graders in the class meeting, and, like our 6th grade, hear that though they are missing friends and teachers (and are a little bored at home) they are doing well overall. Keep it up, Middle School- we have 2 more weeks to finish strong!
ES Elementary School

Dear ES Families,

Here we are in the Home-Stretch/Recta-Final of our Distance Learning. I am so proud of our students and staff. While it has been difficult at times we continue to learn so much from one another. Please keep supporting your children in this straight-away to the end!

PS Primary School

Dear Primary School Parents,

Summer vacations are right around the corner and many of us have been working longer hours and harder than ever, and struggling more than usual to set boundaries. On top of it, we are homeschooling kids and dealing with the overall stress of living through a pandemic.  


 Learning Center
Positive thinking and positive self-talk helps us to regulate our anxiety and lowers levels of distress. Engaging in positive self-talk helps us to develop better coping mechanisms and is associated with several health benefits and improved learning outcomes. As we wrap up the year and students start to engage in assessments and turning in final work let's remember to encourage positive self-talk and positive thinking. Here is a video with some examples.

Condor Activities

Classes end on Monday, June 1.

At CNG we strive for continuous improvement and in Condor Activities we are making our best effort to give students the best learning experience. Please complete the survey that we will be sending to your emails. Your feedback is vital to make our classes better and the results will be used to determine what activities we will offer next semester, as well as improve the quality of our program delivery.


Athletics

We want to inform you that the last day for athletics activities will be on June 9th. Coaches are planning the final sessions to have some fun time with their teams, we appreciate your support in this great experience. 

All Middle School and High School  students athletes and their families are invited to celebrate our annual  Sports Awards Sessions,  the athletics team and Coaches are planning this activity divided by sports as follows dates. Coaches will be sending information regarding links to you.

Soccer  Thursday June 4th 4p.m. to 5 p.m.
Basketball  Friday June 5th 4p.m. to 5 p.m.
Volleyball  Monday June 8th 4p.m. to 5 p.m.
Individual Sports and Gymnastics  Tuesday 9th 4p.m. to 5p.m.
