Benefit Funds Engage Members to Get Their Flu Shot in Annual Campaign
The Benefit Funds have launched their annual campaign to encourage your 1199SEIU employees and members to get vaccinated against seasonal influenza. This year’s initiative will feature live online interactive sessions led by the Funds’ Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Van H. Dunn, outlining the threats posed by the flu, especially amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Dunn will respond to members’ questions and dispel common myths about getting the flu vaccine. As a reminder, the Benefit Funds cover flu shots administered by participating providers and pharmacies, with no out-of-pocket costs to members.

For information about upcoming events, your 1199SEIU employees and members may visit our website, www.1199SEIUBenefits.org; follow us at www.Facebook.com/1199SEIUBenefitFunds and on Instagram @1199SEIUBenefitFunds; and watch their email.
