No GYG Meeting: enjoy time with family or rest this Thanksgiving weekend

Snow Tubing: Saturday, January 11

Register by Sunday, December 15

Register in Realm: let Jason know if you have any trouble getting registered and he'll sign you up. Payment is required to hold your spot.

We'll plan to leave the church at 10am, get lunch on the way up, tube 1-3pm, then drive back arriving around 5:30pm. We hope to tube at Jonas Ridge (with a backup location of Hawksnest if Jonas Ridge fills up before we get registered).

Cost: $45.

Friends are welcome.

Dominican Republic Trip Payment Due Dec 1

The total due is for most people is $550. The total owed is $750 but you have paid a $200 deposit.

If that deadline is hard for you let Jason know and we can work something out.

Our dates are now firm for Thursday, June 12 (flight departs at 9:05am) through Wednesday, June 18, 2025 (flight lands 11:51pm)!

Remember the church is covering an additional $750 of the trip from our Pumpkin Patch funds.

GYG Christmas Party

Sunday, December 15, 4-6pm

Don't miss this fun time of celebration! Bring a $10-$15 wrapped gift for our gift-giving game. We'll decorate cookies and play games.

6:00pm is the Adult Choir Cantata (Christmas music) and everyone is invited to stay for that if they would like to do so.

Montreat 2025

Montreat for High School: We're trying to gauge interest among rising 9th through recently graduated 12th graders for the week of June 8-14. Some of us will be in the Dominican Republic during this time, but for those who aren't we want to provide this great opportunity! The sooner we secure our housing the better, so be thinking about this between now and mid-December.

Middle School Montreat: July 16-20 at Maryville College in Maryville, TN. We had a great time last year and hope to go back in 2025! This is for rising 6th grade through those just having completed 8th grade. The signup deadline will be March 1, but we thinking about it and checking your calendars. It will be here before we know it.

January - May Calendar

If you have suggestions for our January-May calendar please let me know. It's time to be building that and I want your suggestions so I can have your active involvement!

We can add events if there is something that comes up that really makes sense for us to do.

If your child or spouse is not getting these emails and it would be helpful for them to get them, please let me know and I'll add them to the list! Thanks! It is important that as many people as possible know what is going on with gYg!
