Lord Jesus, I want to prepare my heart and life for Your coming in this Advent season. Help me turn away from my pride and selfishness and walk in Your truth. Teach me to bear good fruit that reflects Your love. Make me ready to always welcome You with great joy. Amen

PRINCIPAL'S LETTER

“My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoiced in God my Savior.” Luke 1:46

Dear Parents,

As we enter the third week of Advent, our focus turns to joy! At Mass this Sunday, you’ll notice the priest wearing rose, and we will light three candles on the Advent wreath.

At home, our family lights the Advent wreath during dinner. When the third candle is lit, the room glows a little brighter as a reminder that Christmas is drawing near. The anticipation at our dinner table is truly palpable as we await the celebration of Christ’s birth.

This season of waiting invites us to pause and seek moments of stillness amidst the busyness of our calendars.

As we prepare for the final week before break, I want to wish all our middle school students the best of luck on their midterm exams next week.

Next Friday, December 19, will be our last school day before Christmas break.

· PK–1 students may wear pajamas to school on Friday.

· Grades 2–8 are invited to wear jeans paired with a Christmas shirt or sweater on Friday. Spirit wear shirts are also welcome.

Thank you for helping us make this Advent season meaningful and joyful for our students and families.

God Bless,

Erin Vu
