Referendum Ballots Mailed
Referendum Ballots were mailed on 12/15/2020 to members who are participating property owners as of 11/17/2020. Please allow 5-7 business days from the mailing date for mail delivery. Ballots should be returned postmarked by 1/20/2021 to Elliott Davis, LLC, Attn: RC Lead, 100 Calhoun Street, Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29401-9945.
If you have not received your Referendum ballot by 12/22/2020, please contact Sea Pines CSA at referendum@csaseapines.com with your name, Sea Pines property address, and email address so that we may process your replacement ballot.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project
The installation of erosion control and tree protection continues along North Sea Pines Drive, from Lighthouse Road to the Ocean Gate.

This week, CSA contractors began repairs to the concrete area of the Beach Lagoon Beach Walk. The project will not affect the portion of the beach walk leading to the beach. |

On December 16th Sea Pines CSA Maintenance staff and contractors worked quickly to clear a downed tree on Greenwood Drive near Governors Rd. |

Sea Pines CSA Relative & Commercial 2021 Annual Decals Due by 2/1/2021
The Sea Pines CSA Office is accepting annual pass decal applications for 2021. To apply for Sea Pines Annual Passes please visit www.seapinesliving.com/request. The CSA Office Administration is open by appointment only. Staff will notify each business/individual via phone when the 2021 decal(s) are ready for pickup.

2021 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Reminder
Invoices were mailed the first week in December with the balance being due on January 11, 2021. As always, payment plans are available by contacting Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. Payment plans must be finalized by January 11, 2021, and will not be available after that date. We appreciate your timely remittance.
When paying your assessment please note, that due to COVID-19, the CSA Administrative Office remains open by appointment only. You may drop off a check with our receptionist, but we are unable to accept credit card payments in person. Due to the high volume of calls, the most expeditious way to pay your bill is to send a check to the lockbox address (CSA, INC. P O BOX 628207 ORLANDO, FL 32862-8207) or the CSA office (175 Greenwood Drive, HHI, SC 29928), or use the online portal to pay with a credit, debit card or e-check. Reminders From The Land Use Management Department
- HVAC units, propane tanks, pool pump equipment, and other similar storage receptacles must be screened from view within a small service yard.
- Power washing is an effective way to refresh the look of your home, driveway, and/or fence and helps to remove any exterior mold or mildew.

Lawton Canal Pump Station
The demolition of the Sea Pines Lawton Canal Pump Station is underway. The pump station is a critical element of Sea Pines stormwater infrastructure especially during weather events, hurricanes, etc. The Town’s contractor is performing the demolition as this is a Town project. CSA has been working closely with the Town on all aspects of a new/modern station for Sea Pines. The pump station dated back to the late 1980s.
