On the move....
New Hires
Alisa DeJesus joined us on Monday July 29 th as a Quality Assurance Representative for our clients in the New Haven & Fairfield County area. She will be working part-time, all of those hours, out in the field. 

Kristen Riley is our new Customer Service Representative. She will begin working with us on Wednesday August 7 th. As Crystal and Stephanie moved into their new roles, Kristen is joining the team to help assist with administrative duties for the company.
Promotions
Virginia Serrano has been recently been promoted to Residential House Manager of Maple Leaf Manor in Hartford! As she learns the ropes at MLM, Virginia will slowly transition out of her current ABI House Manager role, a smooth and seamless continuity of care for Lillian.

Juan Zarita-Castilla has accepted a part time position as a Community Support Specialist! Juan joined ChangeInc in December of 2017 as a direct care worker and has proven what a fantastic asset he is to the team. As a CSS, he will report to Ty-East Edwards.
