Dear Parents, Students, and Families,
I am writing you today to inform you of how COVID-19 is affecting the scheduled programming of 12Two Student Ministry and what to expect from here on out. It is with great concern for everyone's health that all scheduled programming is suspended until further notice. That means all 945 Bible Study on Sunday mornings, Sunday Night Large Group, and Wednesday Night Small Groups are canceled until further notice. The list below is exhaustive of all upcoming events beyond weekly programming.
- Caritas (March 22)- Students were scheduled to serve dinner to our guests from Caritas. This has been CANCELED. HRBC still plans to host our Caritas guests, but alternative means to meet their needs are being pursued.
- Mission Madness (March 27-29) has been CANCELED.
- All Spring Break activities (April 7-9) have been CANCELED.
- Small Group Night (April 15) is POSTPONED.
- Youth Sunday and Graduate Recognition Luncheon (May 3) is POSTPONED.
At this time, Passport Choices (June 21-26) remains open for registration. You may register your student with no deposit down at

This situation is one of the most fluid we have collectively experienced. As we continue to assess the situation and see what comes in the next days and weeks we as a staff will continue to communicate with and seek creative opportunities to connect with you. Below are three ways that you can connect as a family or help me be prepared to connect with you.
- Family Bible Study Attached to the button below you will find a Bible study that was prepared for students to participate in. I have reformatted it for use at home. I hope that you will share this with your student and will participate in this together.
- Share yours and your student's cell phone number I expect we will be constrained to digital forms of communication for a while. Please help me connect with you and your family by making sure I have your cell phone numbers. Click on the button below to fill out a brief form to share this information with me.
- Digital Small Groups My hope is to arrange with our small group leaders tools that will allow our small groups to gather in a digital forum. If your student participates in a small group, please share with them to expect some correspondence from their small group leaders.
