Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana
every Friday for our "workout & worship" programs. We take fruit and cheese trays, veggie trays, cookie trays, waters and Gatorades for approx. 50 women that attend our services. The cost for this is $150 weekly. You may help by simply clicking the link below and entering your donation amount!

We are excited to announce that we had a 148 Wellness client donate a car to 148 Ministries! The beautiful graphics were donated by Spyder Graphics. This vehicle will be used as a loaner vehicle to any of our girls that need transportation but cannot currently afford a car. This has already been on loan to someone who needed it to get back and forth to a new job! If you see it out on the roads, be sure to honk and wave!

148 Ministries is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was formed to reach out to women who have been wounded physically, emotionally, and sexually. Through the avenue of health, fitness, and wholeness, women find encouragement and confidence to face the difficulties of this world. Through the truth found in the word of God and hope in Christ, women are empowered by their right standing before the Creator of the universe as beloved children of God.

What to get involved?
- We are looking for fitness trainers who have a compassionate heart for serving others through fitness and who have a love for Jesus. We need both male and female trainers for our expanding programs and group fitness classes.
- We are looking for men and women to lead weekly bible studies.
- We need weekly prayer warriors that will commit to praying for our clients. We have weekly prayer lists that we email for the specific needs.

148 Wellness is an "all in one" 3600 sq ft facility that helps you with your physical, mental, and spiritual health using a holistic approach. This full service facility is open 24/7 to its members and offers services like gym membership, semi-private training, group fitness classes, rehabilitation exercise, movement centered therapy and behavioral health and biblical counseling.
A percentage of of the proceeds from 148 Wellness goes to help support 148 Ministries with their mission to share the hope of Christ to the abused, addicted and trafficked men and women in our community.
