Welcome to my September email newsletter!

I love Fall... and not just because the market picks up after the usual summer lull! There's so much to do in the city, from Just For Laughs to the International Festival of Authors and of course, Nuit Blanche which is returning at the end of the month! While some feel it's a victim of its own success, Nuit Blanche is still a fun event if you plan out your route.

More information about that event is below, along with Toronto Life's picks for their top new restaurants, full market news and analysis and an amazing new listing in historic Cabbagetown. It's a super-spacious townhouse with an oversized main floor family room and private back garden!
