Peaceful Passing is a group of end-of-life doulas who work with people exploring options for care prior to death and after to ensure that their care is managed according to their wishes. They educate and support communities by involving individuals and groups to start the conversation about end-of-life topics. Additionally, they do one-on-one work as well as facilitate workshops on end-of-life topics. They have used the Conversation Project materials to get people to voice and document their wishes.
