Text messaging continues

Polls are opening for early voting — but we need your help to remind Democrats to vote! This is a statewide text bank that will also send Democrats their personalized #SunshineSlate☀️ Democratic voting guides so we can have victories up and down the entire ballot in November!

We will be texting voters each day October 19 - 24 from 11 AM - 8 PM ET. Volunteers can join the shift and help text voters at any time — but you are strongly encouraged to join our daily kick-off Zoom meeting for important instructions with the FDP Training Director BEFORE you begin texting!
On Golf carts in Nocatee - and our Videographer Bob was there!
And in automobiles, trucks and a motorcycle around West Augustine!
Organizer Mimi Parker approaches Nell Toensmann as she is welcoming the participants.
With the numerous Ridin' with Biden caravans that have taken place over the past few months, a great big THANK YOU is extended to Mimi Parker and her team who made this happen, plotting routes, filling "goodie bags", and lining up the automobiles. They include Karen Tait, Bob Hellermann, Sam McIlrath, Lisa and Mort Katz, David Richards, Elizabeth Bryla, and Andrew Raulerson. Participating vehicles have numbered from about 25 up to 70 on the different Saturdays.

Our drivers are encouraged to continue to decorate their automobiles, form their own caravans, and let everyone know that there are Democrats in St. Johns County! If you visit the Early Voting locations, remember, no politics within 150 Ft of the polling machines.

As Virus Numbers
Start Rising Again!
           By Lance Carden

In the Battle of the Virus,
            Covid v. Fauci,
the President’s deciding
           with obvious dread:
“Dr. Fauci is losing,
           a worrisome trend;
so, I’m joining with Covid,
           Mr. Covid, instead.
Dr. Fauci is losing--
           so, off with his head!

“Let’s everyone get sick
           & then jump into bed;
it’s better for businesses,
           & I’ll win in the end.
So, I’m joining with Covid
           to immune the whole herd;
all the others are suckers,
           or losers, instead.
Dr. Fauci is losing--
           so, off with his head!”
