1. The markets are surging again this am after a solid and positive day yesterday.
2. Helping drive the markets is the fact that Europe is moving quickly towards recession and consequently more quickly towards more rate cuts.
3. Some things correlate together closely. First Trump Media is surging and up again yesterday by 14.4% as Trump's election odds rise. Similarly Coinbase and Bitcoin are jumping with Bitcoin up another 11% this month.
4. Victoria's Secret rose 6.6% yesterday. Like a 12 year old boy there is still some excitement inherent in writing about the success of Victoria's Secret.
5. Elevance Health, one of the largest health insurers in the nation, is plunging today on awful medical loss ratios. It's down double digits premarket.
6. United Airlines is jumping. United was up another 12.5% yesterday.
7. Walgreens jumped nearly 21% over the last two days. Putting two days together is something Walgreens hasn't done since the Patriots jettisoned Tom Brady. That was dumb. Both my comparison and the Patriots getting rid of Brady like the Bulls letting Jordan go.
8. Adidas as it makes misstep after misstep fell 7% yesterday.
9. Wingstop which I wouldn't expect to correlate with Adidas also fell yesterday.
10. Tesla is back to being down 11% year to date but private valuations of SpaceX are soaring. A tale of two Elons.
