THANKS TO OUR GENEROUS DONORS,
18 ATPF KIDS HAD FUN IN THE SUN ALL WEEK LONG AT
6TH ANNUAL ATPF BRIDGE TO THE BEACH SUMMER CAMP

ATPF extends our sincere gratitude to Mikelson Yachts, Jennifer Wu, Peter Theios, Sheri Smith, the Sullivan Family, the Taccone Family and the Hoff Family! Because of their generous donations, we were able to fund and provide our 6th Annual ATPF Bridge to the Beach Week Long Camp all last week for our 18 ATPF kids! This camp, in compliance with CDC COVID-19 requirements, took place at the Santa Clara Recreational Center and South Mission Beach. Each ATPF child was paired with the same two (2) Junior Lifeguard volunteers all week long for some fun in the sun water and beach activities, such as surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, sand castle building, and more.  Every caution was taken to make this
week long camp SAFE for our ATPF kids and families, including but not limited to:

3 Separate shift times each day
Temperature checks of every person attending
Face masks
Sanitization stations
Social distancing enforced

Thank you San Diego Fire-Rescue Department and the San Diego Junior Lifeguards
for having huge hearts for our ATPF children and families!

Rebecca and her 15 year old son Joseph "Monk" Woodridge have faced many challenges over the past year (homelessness, living in and out of hotels, and the pandemic and shelter in place), but are finally settling into a new home! Since we posted on social media about Rebecca and Monk on July 9, 2020, we have had a out pour of LOVE coming from our ATPF Family, and our ATPF team and supporters have been able to provide Rebecca & Monk with their own bed, couch, some basic house necessities for the bathroom and kitchen, and grocery gift cards for food.

ATPF is 16 years old but still has a heart beat to continue to help one family at a time. We are feeling extra love and gratitude to everyone who supports us to continue to create brighter futures for children and families living with autism.

We deeply appreciate all the love and support you can give to Rebecca and Monk in making their apartment a home. If you are able to give during this time, please send some more LOVE via their registry below:
