April is National Volunteer Month!

In honor of National Volunteer Month, we proudly celebrate the extraordinary individuals who power our mission to support survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Your compassion, dedication, and willingness to show up—again and again—make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

We extend special recognition to our Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Survivor Board, Domestic Violence Response Team, and Sexual Assault Response Team. Whether you’re working directly with survivors and families or supporting our efforts behind the scenes at events and in our offices, your impact is immeasurable. Our work is stronger because of you.

OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT

Every October, in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, 180’s Amanda’s Easel creative arts therapy program unveils a survivor-led awareness art exhibit.

The October 2025 exhibit, Crystal Clarity: Seeing the Future Free from Abuse, powerfully illustrates personal journeys of healing, resilience, and hope for a future free from abuse and is on display throughout Monmouth County in 2026.

By sharing these personal stories through art, 180 Turning Lives Around hopes to raise community awareness about the impact of domestic violence and the transformative power of creative expression.

If you are interested in having this exhibit displayed at your location, please contact SamanthaM@180nj.org.

Your voice matters. By liking, commenting, and sharing our posts, you help extend the reach of our campaigns and events—small actions that make a big difference.
