We’re Back! 💜
We hope you had a wonderful summer! After a short break, the Community Action Newsletter is back, and we’re excited to reconnect with you as we head into a busy and meaningful fall.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) — an important opportunity to raise awareness, amplify the voices of survivors, and remind our communities that help, hope, and support are available. Throughout the month, 180 Turning Lives Around will be out in the community, sharing resources, hosting events, and bringing people together to stand against domestic violence and support those impacted by it.
There’s a lot happening at 180 this fall, so keep reading for recent news, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and other ways you can get involved. Thank you for being part of the 180 community and for helping us continue Lighting the Way Forward during our 50th anniversary year!
