January 24 Einstein! production at Doudna Fine Arts Center, EIU

January 25 5v5 Futsol at Emerald Acres, 8am

  • Gear up for a day packed with action at the 5v5 Soccer Tournament. This one-day, all-ages event features nonstop games from 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, with a format designed for competitive, developmental, and elite teams. All games are 5v5 (4+ goalkeeper) with a four-game guarantee. Don’t forget to bring futsal shoes or sneakers, as cleats are not allowed. January 25 Winter Seed Sowing at SBLHC, 10am

  • Learn from a team of Master Gardeners how to turn ordinary milk jugs into mini-greenhouses. Discover how to sow seeds in these DIY greenhouses and let Mother Nature take over during the winter months. With minimal care needed, your seeds will sprout as spring arrives, ready to be transplanted into pots or directly into your garden. $12 fee includes all materials. January 25 Valentine's Mandala Painting Class at Akasha Zamora

  • Come paint a Valentine's Mandala with local Mandala artist Courtney Dennis. She will walk you through, in a step by step teaching style, how to create a 6 inch Valentine's themed mandala painting. This workshop is beginner friendly, with all materials provided. January 26 Sip and Shop at Warren James Winery, 11am-2pm

  • Make plans for an afternoon of shopping & sippin' wine with The Emerald Gem Boutique, Teigans Treasure Children's Boutique, & Pretty Little Things by Whit & Lu! During this event you will be able to create your own bracelet with Pretty Little Things and shop their boutiques for early Valentine's Day outfits or grab that cozy outfit you may need to get you through the rest of the winter!
