Abortion-Vaccine Transparency Takes 1st Step!
Chemical Abortion & Other Bills Move Forward
Greetings!

We've had an exciting few weeks at the State Capitol protecting life!

Here are a few updates:

Also, we are excited to report that yesterday, HB 640, the Vaccine-Abortion Transparency Act, conquered its first legislative hurdle.

HB 640 is a first of its kind bill in the country that will require vaccine companies to disclose if vaccines are produced with abortion-derived cell lines. A pro-life state like Louisiana deserves clear information about this troubling connection!

Harvard-trained Dr. Kathleen M. Schmainda from the Charlotte Lozier Institute testified in committee that consumers have a right to transparency when it comes to vaccines. She also reminded the committee that using abortion-derived cell lines is unnecessary when highly-effective viruses can be grown inside cells using cultured animal cell lines.
It is so important for state legislators to hear from their constituents on these pro-life issues. Use the links below to contact your legislators to protect life!

I pray all of you have a blessed Easter celebration!

For a Pro-Life Louisiana,
Benjamin Clapper

"They're Human Too" College Expo At Tulane
This past week our College Director, Kandace Landreneau, brought our pro-life exhibit, "They're Human Too", to Tulane University's Campus in New Orleans. Over 1,500 Tulane students saw the pro-life message which was met with both intrigue and hostility.

The Tulane pro-life club members had continual productive conversations all day and felt that this was the most impact they’ve been able to have on campus in a long time.
