Sound bath not only reduces stress and anxiety by inducing a state of relaxation, but it also has physiological benefits including a reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of immune systems. Join us as we feature the work of Tama Takahashi who's vividly colored and richly textured paintings celebrate her American and Japanese culture. Her work which is influenced by traditional Japanese elements and techniques is changing the conversation and underrepresentation of mixed race Americans.
