Dear Team KYC,

As we finish 2023, I first wanted to thank you for another extraordinary year. I am so proud of the work we’ve done together – changing lives and saving lives each and every day. I will never have the words to properly express my gratitude, but know that I hold our team in my thoughts as I celebrate the season. I could not be more honored to do this work with you.

In recognition of your exceptional service, KYC is providing a 2% salary increase to all staff members in good standing who have been employed at KYC for more than 90 days, beginning on the January 15, 2024 pay check. I recognize this is a token gesture, but hope it will bring extra support to you and your families in the new year.

As we finalize our financial audit for FY23, I will look forward to sharing more regarding the overall agency bonus for eligible staff. Please stay tuned for more info in 2024!
