Iréné Celcer, LCSW

Iréné Celcer is an Argentinean mental health professional with specialties that include cultural issues that may affect American individuals who are not considered mainstream. Celcer works with parents whose children are affected by bullying, eating problems, or body image, and with individuals and couples affected by infertility or going through third-party reproductive assistance or the process of adoption.

D. Bruce Lee

D. Bruce Lee served with the Georgia Department of Corrections for over 30 years, retiring in December 2016 as the Warden of Walker State Prison in Lafayette, Georgia. Mr. Lee earned a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia in 1981 and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Albany State University in 2014.

Pastor John “Tony” Lowden 

Pastor Tony Lowden earned his undergraduate degrees in Economics and Government at the University of Southern California. He earned his Master’s of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He currently serves as Pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church where our former President Jimmy Carter is a member of his congregation. Tony was appointed to his current role as Executive Director for the Federal Interagency Council on Crime Prevention and Improving Reentry (FICCPIR) Office of Justice Programs, Department of Justice (DOJ) on February 7, 2020.

Mary Weatherby, LMSW

Mary Weatherby has been in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. She has worked with children and adults in a case management and/or therapy role from mental health and medical institutions. She currently works as a Social Worker for the Comprehensive Care Clinic through WellStar Kennestone Hospital.

Lisa Brown, CADC-II 

Lisa Brown has over 20-years of experience in Criminal Justice and over 10-years of experience in the field of addiction. Lisa is a 2003 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage, Family, and Children Counseling. Lisa currently works for Veterans Affairs as a Health Science Specialist Crisis Responder.

Lucy R. Cannon, PhD, LCSW, CCDP-D, MATS, LICSW
Lucy R. Cannon is the CEO/Owner of LEJ Behavioral Health Services, LLC, a training and consulting company in Metropolitan Atlanta. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Georgia and Alabama. Lucy is an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University School of Social Work. She and also a Facilitator/Speaker for the United States Navy Reserve Command.

William Thomas, PhD, LCSW, ICADC
Bill Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the field of alcoholism, addiction, and substance use disorders. Dr. Bill attended Hunter College School of Social Work in New York, on a joint Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center and New York City scholarship, where he earned a Master’s in Social Work with Honors. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (Ph.D)., Magna Cum Laude, at California Southern University.

Canzada holds a Doctor of Divinity, Master of Human Service degree, National and International Certifications’ within the discipline of Substance Use Disorders.

Rosalyn D. Davis is a Criminal Justice Practitioner with 32 years of experience working in all phases of the Criminal Justice System. Mrs. Davis is a Fort Valley State University graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Law Enforcement and Corrections. She is the owner of Exodus Consulting, Training, & Wellness Services, LLC in Georgia.
