ATTENTION: PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A DECAL RENEWAL APPLICATION IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY OWNER. THE BELOW MESSAGE APPLIES TO ANNUAL PASS DECALS, ONLY.
2021 Annual Pass Decals were required for entry into Sea Pines by February 1st. Note: this does not include property owner decals. Click here to learn more. Did you know that Sea Pines CSA facilitates debris pick-up from residential drop sites throughout the community?
This service is available for Sea Pines resident use only. Contractors and landscapers are not allowed to utilize these locations and must take debris generated from within Sea Pines to the CSA Debris Recycling Facility (Please note: tree contractors must remove all debris from Sea Pines). Sea Pines CSA maintenance staff will only pick up debris left in the designated locations, they cannot pick up debris from individual private homes or properties. Please ensure that only organic materials are left in the yard debris drop off location as we are not able to process non-organic materials. Tree trimming along CSA managed beach walks underway
- Today, February 12, tree work will be taking place at Beach Walk #45 and will continue south.
- Advisory signs and other safety devices will be used in the work zones.
- Bikers & pedestrians are asked to proceed with caution.

North Sea Pines Drive Improvement Project
Phase 1 is in progress and includes stormwater repairs, leisure trail reconstruction, roadway realignment, tree work, and restriping of the roadway between Lighthouse Road and Red Cardinal Road. Motorists are asked to please use caution while driving in this area. To avoid delays in the project area, please use the main gate located on Greenwood Drive. Sea Pines CSA Conducting Storm Water Ditch Cleaning throughout the community
Ditch clean out work continued this week along Baynard Cove Road and portions of Governors Road. Work will continue in these areas through the week of February 15th. Intermittent road closures or detours may be necessary, and flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.

Sea Pines CSA 2021 Annual Assessment Information
Thank you to all property owners that have remitted their 2021 Annual Assessments on time. The Finance Department began assessing late fees to overdue balances on Monday, February 1, 2021. Limited Tickets For The 2021 RBC Heritage Go On Sale Monday (2/15) For Sea Pines Property Owners |

Tickets to the 53rd annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing, taking place April 12-18, 2021, will open up on Monday morning, February 15th for Sea Pines Property Owners. As a member of the #PLAIDNATION family, this is your opportunity to buy single-day tickets and an on-site parking pass. Please note: Sea Pines Property Owners will have a 24-hour window advantage to purchase tickets. Tickets will open up to the general public on Tuesday, February 16th.
Beginning Monday, February 15, at 8:30 AM, Sea Pines Property Owners may visit rbcheritage.com or call 843.671.2448 to purchase tickets.

Sea Pines CSA Welcomes Back The Beaufort County Library Bookmobile for 2021
The Beaufort County Library Bookmobile will resume modified service to Sea Pines every other Wednesday from February 17- March 17. The next scheduled date is Wednesday, February 17, from 2:30 - 3:30 PM at the Sea Pines Community Center parking lot. For more information and to review safety guidelines please click here.
