HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY?
In pre-Internet days, the theft of intellectual property kept many an intellectual property lawyer busy. In the age of the Internet, even more is subject to poaching, including everything you have on line.
Intellectual property attorney Andrew Berger will discuss how brand owners and content owners can respond to the new online challenges, including brand attacks, new forms of copyright and trademark infringement, fan sites and cybersquatting.
The advice you'll get will be worth many times more your annual MENG dues. So don't miss out on the opportunity to connect with one of New York's leading intellectual property attorneys.

Both heads of companies and heads of state have not only sought his advice but relied on him to make deals-and he has delivered time and time again.
