February 22-23, 2025 (Pleasantville)


In this course, you will examine the key factors for entrepreneurial success, learn how to think like an entrepreneur, identify entrepreneurial opportunities and turn your ideas into a real-life business.


You will also gain industry insights from practicing entrepreneurs and review case studies from some of the most successful and innovative companies.

Topics include activating entrepreneurial mindset, recognizing and creating new opportunities, using design thinking, generating and testing new ideas, creating a winning pitch, learning from failure, and developing grit.


This course is scheduled all day Saturday and Sunday.

Multicultural Psychology


April 5-6, 2025 (Pleasantville)


This course provides an introduction to the field of cultural psychology, which studies the effects of culture on human psychology. We will explore such topics as perception, emotion, motivation, intelligence, personality, gender identity, and psychological disorders from cross-cultural perspectives.


You will:

  • learn how culture influences our emotional experience and our perception
  • discover how culture influences our parenting style
  • explore issues around conformity and social loafing universal and how they vary across cultures
  • discover how different cultures resolve conflict
  • examine cross—cultural students of happiness, anger, stress, and anxiety

Cross-Cultural Communication in the Workplace

In this course, you will explore cultural differences in values and norms and their impact on communication in professional settings. Topics include motivation and leadership across cultures, cross-cultural dimensions of decision-making, and negotiating across cultures.
