CLOSED NOTICE - Daycare & Office

NO daycare will be offered December 23rd - January 1st
 
The Office will be completely CLOSED on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1  
(only a few special accommodations will be made on these days at specific times, once those spots are filled we will not be able to take any more special pick ups or drop offs)
 
Thank you for your understanding as we focus on caring for our guests at this busy time of the year!


Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy requires us to be notified of any cancellation at least 10 days prior to the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days there will be an automatic charge to the card on file of $75 per dog.

Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless written notice is provided 30 days prior to renewal. Membership Fee is non-refundable. Changes may occur in new Membership years please make sure to review the membership rewards before your renewal date.
