Event at LakePoint Sports Complex:

When I think about the Harlem Globetrotters, I think about Meadowlark Lemon. He was an incredible player, showman, and Christian that for years entertained spectators around the world. On Tuesday night, LakePoint Sports Complex in Emerson hosted the Globetrotters at the Champion Center, and our campaign was honored to secure a VIP room for our guests. I am especially grateful to the LakePoint team led by my friend, Mark O’Brien, for making this a reality and ensuring the kids got to meet and take pictures with the players.

Multi County GOP Event in McRae:

I am a country boy at heart and this week I had the opportunity to eat some of the best food I have had in a long time. Cedar Lane Supper Club in McRae, GA has incredible food and owner, Bonnie Greene, is one of the best. If you are ever in the area, this club is a must visit! I was honored that Ken, Bethany, Chan, and BreAnna invited me to speak at the Multi-County GOP Event. The crowd was enthused to hear my plans to turn this broken agency around.

LakePoint 5K:

This morning we were back at LakePoint Sports Complex in Emerson with our CEO Mark O'Brien and his team to deliver the "Welcome to the Annual Red Top Road Race" to hundreds of runners. Participants lined up to navigate the 5k course beginning at the Champions Center and continuing onto the North Campus near Red Top Mountain. It was great to see runners from all over North Georgia interact with the many vendors that were set up to support this great event.

Teen Republican State Convention:

There is nothing more encouraging than to see fired up teenagers that have engaged in the political process. I was afforded the opportunity to speak at the Teen Republican State Convention today alongside other candidates and elected officials. The Republican Party has a determined, motivated, and influential group of young people preparing themselves for public service. This storm is brewing!!
