Our democracy is on the ballot this November -
in the words of Joe Biden, it's up to all of us to
BUILD BACK BETTER -
at the Federal, State and local levels!!!
WE CAN WIN IN TUSTIN! WRITE and CALL NOW!
We KNOW Tustin Democrats will be supporting Joe Biden and Katie Porter in November - we need to make sure that voters know they need to support these wonderful progressive candidates for local Tustin offices.
We have written and mailed over 4300 postcards! We are over half way to our goal of reaching every Democratic voter in Tustin!

Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who have been pouring their hearts into their messages to Tustin voters!

We need more post card writers to finish our job before ballots arrive in voters' mailboxes. We will supply the postcards, names and addresses and suggested scripts. You write the cards and supply the postage if you can (and support the post office at the same time!)

Until we can meet again in person, we have packets of 30 cards and materials available for pick up or delivery! We will also be doing bi-weekly postcard parties on Zoom, so you can connect with other amazing volunteers and get them done together!
The Tustin Democratic Club is going to pay for the postcard printing and the address information. We need your help to defray the cost of postage.

You can help in 2 ways:
  • Provide your own postage ($.55 per card)
  • Donate money to purchase postage

A roll of $.55 stamps costs $55 but ANYTHING you can donate will help reach Democratic voters in Tustin! Click the link below to donate through ACT BLUE:
COME PARTY WITH US
& WRITE SOME POSTCARDS!
We are having bi-weekly postcard parties on Zoom, so you can connect with other amazing volunteers and get them done together!

5:00-6:00 (or longer if we have a lot to talk about :) on Zoom.

EVERY WEDNESDAY!
PHONE BANK FOR CHANGE IN TUSTIN!
With traditional events and canvassing on hold, phonebanking is more important than ever. We need to make sure every Democratic supporter is ready to vote and committed to making their voice heard.

  • Early voter engagement is key!
  • Next to knocking on doors, phonebanking is proven to be the most effective way to reach voters.
  • This year, early knocking on doors will be limited due to Coronavirus.
  • Many voters may have not been contacted in a while and we need to make sure our voter lists are up to date.
  • It's easy, we have a script and you'll be talking to Democrats!

DATES AVAILABLE:
Every Wednesday in September - come to every one or just one - every donated minute counts!

Want to Stand For Democrats? Email Jan!
Hi Tustin Dems!

I have been so inspired by Sandra Robbie's street campaign for Democratic candidates and want to join her on the streets to spread the word!

I have pulled together Democratic signs and flags to support the awesome candidates that have stepped forward to support all of us by getting in there to do the hard work for the community.
If you're interested in joining me on the weekends, or Tues/Thurs evenings please email me. I'm planning to campaign on a variety of street corners in Tustin.

Thanks! Jan Kendrick
