And get an update on 2-stage versus 1-stage revision for chronic PJI!
A 2-stage revision procedure is generally considered to be the gold standard for treating a patient with a chronic periprosthetic joint infection (PJI).
But an emerging body of literature suggests that the matter isn’t settled – 1-stage revision could be adequate for some patients with a chronic PJI.
During the meeting, our esteemed faculty will provide new insights into the challenges of managing primary and revision total knee and total hip arthroplasty patients as they address:
- The latest research on implant designs
- Ongoing controversies over surgical approaches, new technologies, and more
- Strategies for managing complex primary and difficult revision procedures
A hallmark of this meeting is the informal Fireside Chats, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask our expert faculty any questions you have about total joint replacement and get answers that will help you in your practice.
