MENU:

Here is our expected menu for the week. Vegetarian (V) and Gluten-Friendly (GF) options are noted. "Gluten-friendly" just means we can't guarantee the food was produced in a facility that is 100% free of gluten or didn't accidentally come in contact with gluten. Also, realize the menu is subject to change due to availability for our caterers.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

DIGITAL MAPS/TURN-BY-TURN DIRECTIONS:

Want these maps/turn-by-turn directions on your mobile device? The Tour of MN pays for a "club membership" so you can access electronic versions for free. Do NOT pay for any membership offered. Simply download the app and create a Ride w/ GPS account, if you do not already have one.

Use this LINK to get started

COMMUNICATION DURING THE TOUR:

Once we are on the tour, we will communicate in the following ways:

  • nightly Q&A sessions 7:15 p.m. in camp (location TBD)
  • message board at charging station
  • periodic and timely texts on your phone via the Remind app*

The Remind app is free but you will need to download it to your phone. You will be asked to provide your birthdate to show that you are above the minimum age (13.) You will also be asked to choose a "role", like student, parent, or teacher. It does NOT matter which role you pick, BUT... you do need to pick from the links below and follow the directions it provides to sign up, which may include downloading the (free) app if you don't already have the app on your phone. I use this app with my students and families at my school. Everyone gets the same message, but we can only have so many people in each of the groups, so that's why we have several groups offered. Think of it like a message that goes out to every family in a whole school, but the families are divided into different classes/groups. Don't overthink it! Also, don't try to search for the Tour of MN on Remind, as this is a private chat group. You need to use the link(s) below AFTER you have the app downloaded on your phone.

Do this right now at home while you have easy access to Wi-Fi!

LINKS FOR THE REMIND APP:

MAPS OF CAMPGROUNDS:

Use these links for an aerial view of our campgrounds. (KEY: blue=bathrooms & shower truck; green=parking area; red=severe weather shelter; yellow=meals; orange=tent camping area; purple=camper/RV parking)

REMEMBER A MUG!

Anyone that was NOT on last year's tour will receive an official T.O.M. stainless steel mug (w/ carabiner) to use on the tour. Everyone else, bring the one you got last year. Replacement mugs can be purchased for $5.

And bring a water bottle too!

CONNECTING WITH OTHER RIDERS:

Check out T.O.M.'s Chain Gang, on Facebook, where you can introduce yourself, ask each other questions, etc. with other participants ahead of and during the tour. NOTE: This group is NOT an official part of the Tour of MN. We have our own separate FB page.

TRAINING FOR TOM:

Keep riding your bike each week. If you haven't started...PRAY! LOL!

Look for another message on June 8.

See 2026 TOUR INFO tab for previous messages and LOTS of good info!
