WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
Demonstrate your support for the Arts Program at
Nansemond-Suffolk Academy by sponsoring, volunteering or attending the
NSA Art Show and Sale!
~ SPONSOR ~
As a sponsor you will be invited to attend the Sponsors' Reception,
Friday, January 24, 2014, 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. in the Lower School.
Includes limited edition print of Sunrise after the Storm, the original piece donated to NSA by Janice Gay Maker, two tickets to attend the Sponsors' Reception, listing on the sponsor board and an $850 credit toward the purchase of art.
Red Level - $500
Includes two tickets to attend the Sponsors' Reception, listing on the sponsor board and a $350 credit toward the purchase of art.
Yellow Level - $250
Includes two tickets to attend the Sponsors' Reception, listing on the sponsor board and a $100 credit toward the purchase of art.
Sponsorships will be accepted through Wednesday, January 15, 2014.

Hanging and displaying artwork
Volunteers are needed to assist with hanging flat art and displaying multimedia art Thursday, Jan. 16, Friday, Jan. 17, Monday, Jan. 20 - Thursday, Jan 23. Sales
Volunteers are needed during art show hours Saturday, Jan. 25 - Sunday, Feb. 2. Volunteers will greet art show attendees and assist with art purchases by filling out receipts and completing sales transactions. Morning (8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) and afternoon (12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.) shifts are available. To volunteer please contact Tricia Forman at lvpulm@aol.com or to sign up online for sales, click here. Student Performers
Students performers are needed to volunteer their talents Saturday, Jan. 25, Sunday, Jan. 26, Saturday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 2. Students will perform during a solo shift ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. If your child has a musical talent that he or she would like to share during the Art Show and Sale please contact Priscilla Taylor at ptaylor@dukeauto.com.
Take Down
Volunteers are needed to assist with the check-out of artists and the take down of artwork Thursday, Feb. 6. For flat art please contact Trish Comer at tcomer4041@charter.net and for multimedia please contact Blair Brinkley '87 at bhbrinkley@aol.com.
