* Yes, it is true. 2014 was a better year for condominiums and co-operatatives in New Canaan. But that was such an unusual year. Our average selling price went up in 2015 in spite of the fact that there were no $2M plus sales.  

* There are currently 7 units listed in New Canaan above $1,500,000. Two more units will be coming on at Heritage Square on Forest Street.

* The best selling months in 2015 were July and August tying in first place. They were followed closely behind by May and December in second place. 

*  If you are going to list your property, think March 1st.
