2015 Distinguished Alumni Awards Nominees

The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) College of Law is pleased to present its Distinguished Alumni Awards on Saturday, May 9 at 7:00 p.m. in the College of Law?s atrium.  This event will acknowledge alumni who have excelled in the legal profession while contributing to the community and the school.

Nominees were selected based on the following categories: Alumna/Alumnus of the Year, Professional Excellence (Solo Practitioner, Corporate/Private, Government and Law Firm), Public Service, Extraordinary Service to the College of Law, Young Alumni and Rising Star. A Legacy Award will be presented to a graduate of the  original College of Law in Tallahassee. This year?s Legacy Award will honor the late Gwendolyn Sawyer Cherry.
