 Vendor Sign Up Info:
Fair on the Square Artists and Crafters have two ways to apply for the fair! 1. Signup and Pay Online:
Create an account, Apply for a show and either pay via Paypal or print out your completed application and send it in! 2. Print out the application from this link and send with payment! 2015 Fair on the Square Vendor Application*We will mail an application to anyone who does not have a computer!
If you have never setup at this show, or your jury number is expired
(ending -14 or less), you must apply for a new jury number. Jury Numbers are valid for THREE years. Jury Fees are non refundable. The deadline to signup for the FOS is 30 days prior to the event date.
Applications received after the deadline will be charged a $20 late fee.

 Fair on the Square Vendor Info:
- Set Up Time: 6am - 9am
- Show time: 9am - 4pm

- Booth Size is 10' x 10' and costs $85.00
- Electricity is available to a limited amount of spaces and costs an extra $10
- Designated Vendor Parking Lot located within two blocks of the setup area
- Eat Street, Live Music, Entertainment & Kids Area
- The Fair on the Square is produced by Downtown Baraboo Inc.
- In case of cancellation, refunds only given for cancellations made a minimum of ONE MONTH prior to the event date and must be made via email or in writing. Jury fees and late fees are non-refundable.
