SPYC is a group of boaters who plan get  togethers &

rendezvous each summer at popular cruising destinations including, Montauk, Greenport, Block Island, Newport, Mystic Seaport, and Sag Harbor as well as right here in Old Saybrook!   A good time is had by all who attend!

Membership in SPYC is very simple and economical.  There are no long term commitments as memberships are renewed on a yearly basis.   The annual membership fee is $150 per person.  All events are elective and fees are collected on a pay as you go basis.

SPYC is a member of the Yachting Club of America, "The National Association of Yacht Clubs" Registry which enables you to take advantage of other yacht club reciprocal privileges.  

Additionally, SPYC publishes an annual Membership Directory to enable members to stay in touch throughout the year with old and new comrades. There are also occasional newsletters and DVD's distributed chronicling past SPYC events.  We invite you to view a short video of our Blessing of the Fleet in 2013.
