The 2016/2017 association budget season is upon us! During this challenging time of the year in our industry, please remember to include in this year's checklist of
important things-to-do the communication to
Allied Trustee Services of any association amendments, updates, changes or adjustments to the following:
- Association(s) Collection Polcies
- Association(s) Assessment Increases

Association(s) CC&Rs, Bylaws or other Governing Documents
Making sure that Allied has the most current information is critical to ensuring that the collection process of delinquent accounts is accurate and in compliance with the association's governing documents, as well as the law. Out-of-date information can jeopardize the collection process and may result in added costs and/or loss of revenue to the association.
