Delivery Details:
June 23rd: All Weekly and Biweekly A, veg, chicken, and egg shares, and all Group 1 Monthly Chickens.
CHICKEN UPDATE: Chicken share subscribers should have received and email regarding the chicken supplier. Our first month of chickens will be provided by a surrogate producer, but will be the same breed and were raised with nearly identical husbandry practices.

Flavor Cycle to learn more about having your share delivered via bicycle courier. This is an as needed service provided by Flavor cycle. Prices and pick up availability will vary. Call
Reminder that egg shares are always 1 doz. Please remove your doz eggs from the bag and leave the rest behind. Thanks
Forgotten Shares:
We are sorry to hear about your forgetful moment and can relate to having those busy chaotic days. Forgotten shares are donated and not returned to the farm. We are not in a position to replace missed shares. You may want to
contact your dropsite ASAP to see if they still have your box. You may get lucky. (The sooner you call the higher your chances).

Special Notes
Garlic Scapes: Garlic scapes, the non-flowering "flower stalks" of hardneck garlic plants, are harvested from the plants in late spring or early summer so as to not divert the energy of the plant away from growing the much desired bulbs. Think of their taste as very similar to the garlic they grow from, but with an added "greenness" to it that tones down the pungency of the garlic flavor. To store scapes, place them loosely in plastic and keep in the fridge. If you're asking yourself "now what do I do with these?!" the Huffington Post has got our backs with this
